This setup will shoot t2 heavy missiles out to more than 150 kilometers with good dps. It's very tight on fitting, hence the faction afterburner. It'll be less than 2% short on cpu which can either be fixed with a cheap implant, or by going caldari navy / dread gurist with a inv field or a bcu.

The tank, at least for me, has been good enough so far in assaults and a few vanguards. Though you could run with 3 bcu's and a damage control and/or upgrade to faction inv fields but it shouldn't be needed.

Getting 4 faction bcu's will push dps over 700 (with scourge fury) and it will more than solve the problem with being a little tight on cpu.

The Hydraulic bay thruster rigs were picked over fuel cache partition rigs to reduce time from shooting to damage on target, also it reduces the amount of missiles heading for a target that's already dead.

You would want to pack t1's or precision scourge missiles if you intend to shoot at frig sized sanshas unless you have enough webs / target paint.
(with all skills at 5, no implants)
